‘PAHAL’ organized Voluntary Blood Donation Camp in APJ Institute of Management Technical Campus Rama Mandi on the occasion of Vaisakhi. 70 young students boys & girls donated blood voluntarily. Donated blood was collected by Dr. Navjit Kaur and Blood Bank team of Civil Hospital Jalandhar. Prof. Lakhbir Singh president ‘PAHAL’ told the voluntary blood donation is right action to pay respect to our Gurus and martyrs, who contributed to the cause of humanity in a big way to save the humanity in suffering.

He added that less weight and less blood of our youth is the major hurdle in promotion of voluntary blood donation campaign, around 60% of our girls & 40% boys are having less blood than 12Hb. Dr. Rajesh Bagga Director of APJ appreciated ‘PAHAL’ and motivated students to donate blood. Prof. Avneet Deora PO NSS, Prof. Birbhadar Singh along with Mr. Khuswant Chahal, Gagan Sharma, Dikhsha, Navjot Singh, Simaranjit Kaur ‘PAHAL’ members helped to organizes camp. The donors were provided with refreshment & appreciation awards.

Prof Lakhbir Singh motivated the young members to be voluntary blood donors. PAHAL Members Gurtej Singh,Jasleen kaur,Milki,Liakatbir,Munish kumar, Mr. Mahinder Pal Virdi, Vinod Suri, Ram Lal and More than 200 students of Indian medical Institute of Nursing helped to Organized the camp.
